SEND Teacher Specialist

About the Role:
We're seeking a talented SEND Teacher to join our team. As a SEND Teacher, you'll play a crucial role in supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development. You'll work closely with parents, caregivers, and other professionals in partner schools to ensure every child receives the care they deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of students with SEND.
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that promote student growth and progress.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff to create an inclusive classroom environment.
- Engage with parents and caregivers through regular updates on student progress.
- Liaise with external agencies and professionals to support student development.
Salary Estimate: £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching children or young people with SEND.
- Strong knowledge of SEND practices and inclusive education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
