About the Role

We are seeking a vibrant Graduate Building Surveyor to join our Bristol team at Brandon James, a bespoke Surveying and Architectural Consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a busy project portfolio across Bristol, working alongside an experienced Senior Building Surveyor.
  • Oversee bespoke private residential projects, ranging from £20k to £2m, involved in every aspect of the process, including client briefing meetings, drawings, design, specifications, contract administration, feasibility, and handover.
  • Develop project experience within a creative environment, with opportunities to work on a variety of projects.
Requirements
  • BSc / MSc in Building Surveying, Architecture, or a similar field.
  • Eager to get stuck into a variety of projects and develop skills in a dynamic environment.
