Job Title: Principal Solutions Architect

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Principal Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Worldwide Specialist Organization (WSO), you will be responsible for supporting the adoption and utilization of AWS AI/ML services for high propensity focus customers in Europe Central.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers in adopting and utilizing AWS AI/ML services
  • Partner with AWS product teams to innovate, develop, and deliver AWS solutions
  • Identify gaps in AWS products or feature sets based on customer insights and partner with internal product teams and account managers to win strategic customer workloads and drive business revenue
  • Work on thought leadership and reusable assets and demos to help customers adopt AWS services

About the Team:

The WWSO GenAI & AI/ML team positions AWS as the best place to run GenAI & AI/ML workloads. Our team helps customers become data-driven organizations and implement GenAI & AI/ML capabilities at scale. We work backwards from customers to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses.

Requirements:

  • Previous deep working domain experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence in deep technical areas
  • Proven technical skills in cloud architectures and technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a matrix organization (leveraging multiple functions and teams)
  • Proven direct field experience working with customers
  • Experience working with cloud-based technologies
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AI/ML certificates or diploma
  • Knowledge of Big Data businesses and technical concepts
  • Experience of working with Technology Partners (Software Vendors, System Integrators) in the data & GenAI & AI/ML space
