Care Supervisor

At Home Instead Senior Care, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor / Client Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible care is provided to our clients by motivating and supporting our caregivers to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Converting new client enquiries into care plans
- Client on-boarding and care planning
- Conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Managing caregiver personal development and care delivery
- Ensuring client satisfaction and managing a team to deliver exceptional service
Requirements:
- Previous care experience with excellent customer service and management skills
- Commercial awareness and influencing capabilities
- Able to demonstrate achievement of business growth targets
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- Ability to work well and accurately under pressure
Qualifications:
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Experience in the care sector, preferably home care
