Job Description

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will provide strategic and operational support to senior leaders across the business. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the development of a high-performance culture within assigned business areas.
  • Delivering the organisation's people priorities within assigned business areas.
  • Overseeing and nurturing a superb employee experience across the full employee life cycle.

You will collaborate with specialist colleagues in the team to deliver client-focused, leading-edge solutions into the business to drive growth and success. The successful candidate will have proven experience operating in the strategic business partner space and will have excellent experience of supporting a business scaling growth and change.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience of working in a centre of excellence, although not mandatory.
  • Excellent experience of managing complex change.
  • Solid background operating as a true business partner in a strategic manner.
  • Experience of coaching and engaging leaders through change and influencing business decisions.
