Lead Clinical Operations Specialist

We are looking for a highly experienced Clinical Lead/Team Manager to join our team at Pfizer, S.A. de C.V.
As a Clinical Study Team Lead (CSTL), you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of multiple complex global studies and/or programs.
Your main responsibility will be to oversee the execution of clinical trials and contribute to the design and conduct of clinical studies in alignment with the program and portfolio strategies for the Internal Medicine, Anti-Infective, and Inflammation & Immunology Therapeutic Areas.
The estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
Job DescriptionThis role requires a strong background in clinical operations, project management, and leadership.
- Demonstrated project management and cross-functional leadership experience associated with project and study management, knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), monitoring, clinical, and regulatory operations required
- Demonstrated breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact
