We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leadership Development Manager to join our team in the Drinks sector.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to lead the management of a leading and progressive account in the Drinks sector. You will be responsible for delivering our mission to inspire and challenge clients with outstanding insights, helping shape the future Drinks market, and managing relationships with world-class brands like Britvic, Pepsi, Tango, Robinsons, and Lipton.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships across the portfolio, taking ownership of client interactions and ensuring alignment with growth strategies.
  • Grow and advance how clients see our role in their businesses, providing practical insights and confidence that we are the right partner for their needs.
  • Utilize our data to tell compelling stories based on business questions, demonstrating your knowledge and expertise of our services.
  • Identify leads, develop conversations, maintain strong client relationships, and be close to key business questions to achieve commercial targets.

Key Capabilities:

  • Confidence in extracting and translating data sets into inspiring insights for clients, preparing and delivering presentations of high visual, verbal, and written standards.
  • Commercial and curious mentality with the ability to answer clients' big questions and unafraid to have a point of view.
  • An interest in new technologies and the power of consumer data and insights.
