Assistant Guest Experience Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with the Guest Experience Manager and other department heads to resolve complex issues and maintain high service standards.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to address guest queries, comments, and complaints.
- Develop and promote activities for special events and promotions, ensuring seamless coordination with other departments and suppliers.
- Conduct regular spot-checks to ensure consistency in service standards across all outlets and hotel rooms.
- Monitor and suggest improvements to enhance the hotel's online reputation on social media.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Guest Experience in a hotel environment.
- Knowledge of Opera and other relevant systems.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of brand strategies and commitment to equality and diversity.
