Job Title:

Paralegal - Hybrid

Job Summary

The Paralegal position supports the in-house legal department with various tasks, including legal process management, case coordination, attorney tracking, and research.

  • Assist with managing legal processes served upon the Bank.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify customers and accounts subject to attachment, applying relevant laws and regulations.
  • Review and oversee the identification and collection of responsive materials for third-party requests.
  • Collaborate with teams to collect necessary materials from Bank repositories and systems.
  • Perform extensive legal research for assigned matters.
Requirements
  • A minimum of three to five years' experience as a paralegal, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Experience with California or Missouri law.
  • A post-secondary degree or certificate in legal studies.
