**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced Head of Geospatial Solutions to join our team. As the head of our GIS and Measured Survey Teams, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering client Geospatial and Data Strategies, services, and product roadmaps.

You will have extensive experience in the Geospatial industry, influencing and guiding at the C-Suite level, winning new business, and managing client relationships across various divisions. You will also have expert knowledge in the integration of spatial and non-spatial data, including 3D datasets such as LiDAR and Photogrammetric derived datasets.

The estimated salary for this role is £100,000 - £130,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include hybrid working, opportunities for professional development, and a competitive pension scheme.

Responsibilities:**

  1. Design, develop, and deliver client Geospatial and Data Strategies, services, and product roadmaps.
  2. Influence and guide at the C-Suite level, win new business, and manage client relationships.
  3. Manage change initiatives with best practice project/programme management methods to ensure regulatory compliance for quality and security.
  4. Have a strong focus on client care and Quality and Risk Management.
  5. Lead on spatial data integration across all business applications / enterprise systems.
  6. Support the development of your teams whilst actively recruiting and training new team members.
