Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Geospatial Intelligence Solutions Lead to join our team at Expert Employment in London. This role will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and successful delivery of geospatial intelligence products and services.

In this position, you will manage customer relationships, address concerns, and coordinate with internal teams to meet contractual commitments and foster account growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical platforms, software, and geospatial solutions (GIS, remote sensing, image processing).

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Serve as the main point of contact for technical and operational support, escalating issues as needed.
  • Build strong customer relationships, proactively resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate across teams to solve customer problems and represent their voice.
  • Analyze customer data to recommend solutions and ensure key performance indicators are met.
  • Inform customers about new products and features.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and new revenue, and communicate these to sales teams.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 3+ years in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of technical platforms, software, and geospatial solutions (GIS, remote sensing, image processing).
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Expected travel.

**Estimated Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per year.
