About This Role
">We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team across Newcastle, supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live happy and fulfilling lives.
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to individuals, promoting their choice, independence, and voice.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Provide one-to-one support to individuals, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure individual needs are met and goals are achieved.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Salary and Benefits
">£11.50-£12.00 per hour (non-complex rate) - £12.00 per hour (complex rate)
Bonus schemes: up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £300 annual bonus
