Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) Overview

At KBR, we are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Commercial Manager. As a key member of our Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) department, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients in the hydrocarbon and government services markets.

Position Details

This is a contract assignment based in our Leatherhead Campus, with a hybrid working arrangement that requires a minimum of 3 days in the office.

The role offers:

  1. An attractive hourly rate
  2. A 24-month duration

This position is deemed to be outside of IR35, although this will be determined by Qdos assessment. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

Post-award: You will be responsible for tracking contractual requirements, analyzing solicitations for potential changes or claims, and preparing summaries and developing strategies with attention to financial and business risk.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with experience in the oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure industries. You should have project contracts and sub-contracts experience on large to mega projects, with general autonomy and reporting to the project director/manager. Your responsibilities will include evaluating and managing project risks and related areas associated with finance and project controls.

Qualifications
  1. Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role
  2. Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Law, Finance, Management, or Quantity Surveying (Technology or equivalent) along with appropriate professional qualification (preferred)
