Job Title: Customer Support Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Analyst to join our team at Civica. As a Customer Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track customer issues and resolutions

Requirements:

  • Application support experience
  • SQL skills
  • Previous experience with TFCloud / Technology Forge Cloud software
