We offer competitive pay rates for our Care Assistants, with an estimated salary range of £20,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.



Job Description:


Become a valued member of our team as a Care Assistant and play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in Calderdale. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to live safely and independently in their own homes.


Your duties will include:



  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Supporting clients with mobility and transfers
  • Monitoring clients' well-being and reporting any concerns to senior staff


Required Skills and Qualifications:


No prior experience is necessary, as full training is provided. However, we do require:



  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle
  • The ability to travel to locations across Calderdale
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring and compassionate approach to care
