Coordinated Scheduling Specialist

About the Role:
Carrington West is currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Scheduling Coordinator and Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating complex schedules and working with diverse teams.
In this position, you will be responsible for scheduling Water Samplers to attend customer sites, as well as managing company-owned assets and locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal contacts and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Manage workflows and book appointments into samplers' diaries
- Adjust schedules as needed for unexpected circumstances
- Administer internal data-based systems and schedule events
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in scheduling, coordination, or administration
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
