About the Role

Lumanity is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its global sustainability efforts. As Global Sustainability Lead, you will be responsible for setting the company's ESG strategy and coordinating with senior leaders to execute against stated goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive ESG strategy that aligns with Lumanity's business objectives.
  2. Lead the timely and successful submission of client-based data requests, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  3. Identify key risks and opportunities across the ESG landscape and drive mitigation/adoption strategies as applicable.
  4. Define and lead the required processes of data identification, collection, and impact evaluation across the organization.
  5. Measure the impact of existing data gathering solutions and interventions, demonstrating effective cost/benefit analysis for further investment in ESG initiatives.
  6. Manage a network of sustainability community champions, leveraging their expertise to grow programming locally and globally.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in collating ESG material and executing at a global level.
  2. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in the ESG and/or Sustainability sectors.
  3. Knowledge of science-based targets and environmental sustainability reporting frameworks and standards.
  4. Confidence in educating, advising, and influencing C-suite level executives on all aspects of ESG and Sustainability.
  5. Pragmatic thinking about improving sustainability practices and skill in developing cost/benefit analyses of the impact of corporate sustainability decisions.
