Job Description: Workplace Wellbeing Professional

HCRG Staffing is committed to promoting mental health awareness and providing proactive support through Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP). We are seeking a skilled Workplace Wellbeing Professional to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver confidential counselling sessions to employees facing personal or work-related challenges. You will work closely with organisations to implement EAP initiatives, including workshops, training, and crisis intervention support.

Role Overview:

  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees to promote their wellbeing and resilience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with organisation stakeholders to ensure effective EAP delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Salary and Benefits:

  • An annual salary of $85,000.

Requirements:

  • Qualified counsellor with recognised accreditation and experience in providing EAP services.
  • Strong understanding of workplace dynamics and the ability to support individuals in a corporate environment.
