As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing efficient administrative support to our clients across Greater Belfast. This is a temporary position with a duration of 3-6 months, offering the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic back office administrative support team.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience in administration or clerical roles, preferably within a Health and Social Care Trust. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in MS Office are essential requirements. Previous experience in minute/note taking and diary management is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administrative & clerical support duties, including filing, processing mail, and photocopying
  • Answering telephone enquiries and diary management
  • Minute taking/Note taking and secretarial support
  • Typing letters and reports, data entry & appointment schedule management

This role offers a competitive salary of £11.45 - £11.67 per hour, paid weekly.
