About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Project Coordinator to join our team. As an ideal candidate, you will have 3-5 years of experience in a coordination role, preferably in project management, operations, or logistics.

You will be responsible for assisting in the development of project plans, maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, tracking progress, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in developing project plans, defining tasks, milestones, and deadlines
  • Maintain project schedules, track progress, and ensure key deadlines are met
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-up actions
  • Serve as a liaison between project teams, external vendors, and internal departments, ensuring clear and consistent communication
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to project leaders, senior management, and key stakeholders
  • Handle inquiries and requests from various departments to facilitate smooth coordination
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of project progress, including action items, timelines, and task assignments
  • Assist in creating project reports and presentations for stakeholders
  • Track and document issues that arise during the project, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve problems efficiently
  • Assist with monitoring project expenditures, ensuring costs are within established budgets
  • Work closely with finance or procurement teams to track invoices and payments to vendors

What You'll Need

  • 3-5 years of experience in a coordination role, preferably in project management, operations, or logistics
  • Basic understanding of budgeting and vendor management
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to relay information clearly to different stakeholders
  • Able to identify issues and work collaboratively to find solutions
  • Thorough in tracking timelines, budgets, and tasks to ensure no details are missed
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques (experience with project management tools such as Critical Path, Gantt charts, Risk assessment & Scheduling)

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting the success of our business.
