Insurance Broker Trainee

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop knowledge of various insurance products, including property, casualty, life, health, and commercial insurance.
  • Assist senior brokers in managing client portfolios, including policy applications, renewals, and endorsements.
  • Conduct research and analysis on insurance policies and coverage options to provide recommendations to clients.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to negotiate terms, rates, and coverage for clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in insurance brokerage.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
