New Business Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a New Business Consultant. As a recruitment agency partnering with a highly reputable insurance brokerage, we are on the lookout for candidates with the right attitude, a desire to learn, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the process for new insurance policies, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and offering suitable insurance products.
  • Actively engage with customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings, to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide expert guidance.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of insurance products, policies, and industry regulations to ensure accurate guidance is provided to clients during the renewal process.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of client portfolios to identify potential up-selling or cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements:

A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industry.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members.

Ideally, previous customer service experience that showcases strong interpersonal skills and empathy.

Graduates with a keen interest in the insurance sector are encouraged to apply.

Basic knowledge of insurance products and policies is preferred, but not essential.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines effectively.

The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
