Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Broker to join our team. As a Commercial Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial clients and providing them with the best insurance solutions tailored to their unique business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clients and provide them with tailored insurance solutions.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' business operations and insurance requirements.
  • Develop and negotiate insurance programs to suit individual client needs, ensuring adequate coverage.
  • Evaluate clients' risk exposure and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  • Provide clients with expert advice on risk management and loss prevention.
  • Assist clients with the claims process, ensuring efficient and fair resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, policies, and transactions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Broker or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and the insurance market.
  • Ability to assess complex risk profiles and develop appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Proficiency in using insurance brokerage management software and Microsoft office suite.
  • Chartered Insurance Broker, CII) is desirable but not essential.
