Business Operations Lead

We're looking for a highly skilled Business Operations Lead to join our Business Management Office (BMO) team at Worldpay. As a key member of our global community, you will play a vital role in unleashing the potential of our business.

Our Product and Technology teams are the driving force behind our game-changing products and digital experiences. They strive for better, delivering impactful innovations that power transactions across the world. The Business Management Office (BMO) will be responsible for supporting the critical needs of our Technology arm, providing critical functions in both operational and strategic capacities.

As Business Operations Lead, you will be responsible for leadership and process ownership within the BMO Team, supporting our CTO workforce from an operations, enablement, and business insights perspective. This includes:

  • Internal governance and partnering with our Finance Business Partners
  • Annual cost planning and liaison with Procurement, Talent Acquisition, and Third Party Partners
  • Project Management coordination of operational, staffing/resourcing, or executive reporting based projects
  • Development and ownership of specific business processes and governance frameworks
  • Employing data modelling techniques to identify ways to operate more effectively


Key skills and qualifications for this role include:

  • Advanced skills in managing and organizing complex data sets
  • Advanced knowledge of building complex data models in Excel and supporting applications
  • Ability to compile executive summary presentations of data insights and proposals
  • Interpersonal skills and confidence to lead and run data gathering and execution workshops
