As a Residential Team Leader at SGS Care Ltd, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of vulnerable children. Located in Salisbury, this position offers a salary range of £27,195 to £28,857 per annum, including sleep-ins, and a 39-hour working week with a variable hourly rate.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience working with young people who have emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). They will be responsible for mentoring and developing team members, fostering a supportive and safe environment for children.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of caregivers to deliver high-quality care and support.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A QCF Level 3/4 qualification in Children and Young People or equivalent.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with EBD.
