The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement professional to join our team as a Procurement Innovation Advisor. This is a key role in delivering operational excellence and strengthening our Procurement shared service operating model.

  • Develop and implement strategic procurement initiatives to drive operational excellence and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of procurement activities.
  • Provide training and support to organization on Procurement policy and processes.
  • Participate in the execution of Procurement monitoring activities and contribute to the achievement of defined KPIs.
  • Work closely with local Finance and Compliance/Legal teams to ensure key compliance KPIs and quarterly control metrics are monitored and controlled.
  • Support the wider procurement shared services team as required.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Procurement or related field/Business Administration.
  • 2-5 years working experience in Procurement, with previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry being a plus.
  • Strong execution and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to completion.
  • Fluent in English, with additional European languages being an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP MM, eSourcing, Procurement Suites.
  • Travel flexibility.
