Housekeeping Operations Manager

Job Overview
">- The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for implementing and upholding the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our Housekeeping department, ensuring strict adherence to Staycity Group's quality standards.
- This role requires taking full ownership of maintaining the property's presentation and hygiene standards, consistently meeting the company's high-quality benchmarks.
Responsibilities
">- Manage customer interactions and assist with the daily operations and administration of the Housekeeping department.
- Inspect all goods received by the Housekeeping department, checking for quality and quantity, and ensure delivery receipts are signed and forwarded to the Accounts Department.
- Maintain accountability for all Housekeeping equipment, guaranteeing its optimal functionality.
- Keep sufficient inventory levels to ensure seamless operations and make timely purchases when required.
Requirements
">- A proven track record in hotel or hospitality, with prior experience in housekeeping.
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer care and the ability to expertly handle any guest concerns or complaints.
- Excellent communication skills, highly focused, motivated, and professional in appearance and presentation to represent the Staycity Group Brand.
- A self-motivator with attention to detail and a passion for customer service.
