About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Sales Leader to join our fast-paced Retail stores in the UK. As a vital part of our business, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take a consultative approach to sales, ensuring customers leave with the perfect product and an excellent customer journey.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, motivating and inspiring your team to achieve great sales results.
About You
  • You have experience as a sales professional in big box retail, ideally in furniture.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Working Arrangements

As a Store Manager, you will be required to work both weekend days, with one weekend day off in every six. You will also have 28 days holiday per year, inclusive of Bank Holidays.
