Key Account Manager

Adroit Staffing is seeking a seasoned Sales and Service Professional to drive growth and success in the UK Water and Fire market. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding business opportunities and managing the full lifecycle of agreements, including framework renewals, pre-qualification questionnaires, and contract finalisation. The position requires regular travel to the North of England and Scotland to engage with potential clients and build strong relationships. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
* Managing and maintaining existing client relationships
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in sales and service, with a strong track record of success
* Comprehensive knowledge of the UK Water and Fire market
* Robust engineering background with expertise in after-sales services
* Proficiency in SAP is highly desirable
