Join our team of finance professionals at Michael Page and take your career to the next level We're seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Expert to lead financial planning and analysis for our key business units.

About the Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading financial planning and analysis for key business units, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Collaborating with various team leaders to drive financial performance and achieve strategic objectives
  • Managing the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accurate financial reporting and informed decision-making
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with organisational goals
  • Advising on investment strategies and managing financial risk to maximise returns and minimise exposure
  • Presenting financial findings and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decisions

You'll also have the opportunity to mentor and guide finance team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to support their development and growth.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A professional qualification in accounting (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Proven experience in a finance business partner role, with a strong track record of delivering results and achieving objectives
  • Excellent knowledge of financial forecasting and risk management, with the ability to analyse complex data and identify trends and patterns
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including team leaders and senior management
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present financial findings and recommendations to senior management
  • Proficiency in finance software and MS Office suite, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £54,000 to £66,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including an excellent pension scheme and career progression opportunities within the organisation.
