Are you ready for a new challenge? We're looking for a skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Stratstone Tunbridge Wells.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has sales management experience and can develop sales individuals in a customer-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and be able to promote loyalty, retention, and satisfaction of the brand and dealership.

You will be responsible for developing sales and marketing plans and budgets to achieve agreed financial, marketing, and sales objectives.

In this role, you will provide coaching and training to sales people to improve their job performance, with particular emphasis on customer satisfaction, prospecting, and customer follow-up.

Our company offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 + bonus, depending on your qualifications and experience.

We offer a range of benefits, including 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), birthday off, great pension, generous commission schemes, reward savings, and much more.
