The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial environment for our UK Group accounting function, reporting to the International Controller and aligned to the UK ELT. This role will oversee a finance team of circa 10 staff and will report for 4 trading entities.", "Key Responsibilities": "
\t* Ensure that the Company's international accounting policies and procedures are being complied with within the UK.
\t* Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled to the supporting detail on a monthly basis.
\t* Review the internal controls present and institute effective controls to safeguard the assets of the Company or enhance those controls where required.
\t* Provide financial support to the UK Management team and Corporate Controller.
\t* Liaise with Ernst & Young, the Company's external auditors, in the preparation and filing of the tax returns and completion of the year end financial audits.
\t* Ensure that all required statutory and tax filings are made in a timely manner.
\t* Coordinate the completion of the annual budget.
\t* Coordinate the Company's internal control documentation as it relates to requirements under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
\t* Resolve all intercompany disputes and outstanding balances by working with the other Regional Financial Controllers and Managing Directors. Also ensure that quarterly intercompany conformations are performed on a timely basis.
\t* Supervise the UK Finance team, including undertaking annual performance reviews.
\t* Work with management to reduce investments in A/R and Work-In-Progress, and generate cash dividends to the parent company.", "Requirements": "
