About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Partner to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Learning and Development Partner, you will play a crucial role in delivering training that empowers our staff to provide exceptional care to children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Deliver Training Programs: Develop and deliver comprehensive training on key topics, including safeguarding, emergency first aid, and our internal Pillars program, drawing on your experience in the field to ensure practical, impactful learning.
  • Collaborate with the L&D Team: Work collaboratively with our Learning and Development team to design, organize, and evaluate training sessions that meet both regulatory standards and the specific needs of our staff.
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to staff across our children's residential services.
  • Stay Current with Legislation and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with legislation and best practices, ensuring our training materials are relevant and effective.
