About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Permanent Futures. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective learning and development strategies to drive site performance and culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  2. Leading and coaching the site training team to ensure they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver high-quality training.
  3. Overseeing the site apprenticeship scheme to ensure it meets the needs of the business and provides a positive experience for apprentices.
  4. Collaborating with the Divisional L&D Head to implement various training projects and initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will need prior experience in a Learning and Development Leadership role, ideally within a FMCG | Food manufacturing industry. If you have a passion for learning and development and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.
