We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Permanent Futures. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective learning and development strategies to drive site performance and culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Leading and coaching the site training team to ensure they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver high-quality training.
- Overseeing the site apprenticeship scheme to ensure it meets the needs of the business and provides a positive experience for apprentices.
- Collaborating with the Divisional L&D Head to implement various training projects and initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need prior experience in a Learning and Development Leadership role, ideally within a FMCG | Food manufacturing industry. If you have a passion for learning and development and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.
