About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Group People Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, sourcing candidates, and managing the offer process.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of candidate management, experience in coordinating recruitment activity, and a background in recruitment. You will be proactive, driven, and passionate about learning and development.

As a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will work closely with hiring managers to provide a proactive recruitment service, ensuring candidates are sourced in accordance with the needs of the business. You will also be responsible for advertising new vacancies, managing the offer process, and ensuring recruitment systems and tracking activities are up to date and maintained accurately.

We are looking for someone who is a team player, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, candidate management, and the offer process.
  • Work with hiring managers to provide a proactive recruitment service, ensuring candidates are sourced in accordance with the needs of the business.
  • Advertise new vacancies on all recruitment channels, including the Company Careers Website, LinkedIn/social media channels, and other external recruitment channels.
  • Manage the offer process, including producing offer letters and contracts, and managing onboarding.
  • Ensure recruitment systems and tracking activities are up to date and maintained accurately.
