Key Responsibilities:- Provide daily support to customers on the service desk, including automated fault resolution and customer-reported fault resolution.
- Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers at all levels, possessing a good clear and friendly telephone manner.

- Physical Cabling and Networking
- Must have a driving license and own vehicle.
- Paying up to £32,000 DOE
- Fully funded training & certifications
