About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager to join our team at Hana Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen team and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results.
  2. Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and sustainability.
  3. Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food products meet our strict quality and safety standards, and that our kitchen operations are compliant with all relevant regulations.
  4. Inventory Management: Effectively manage inventory levels, minimizing waste and ensuring that all ingredients are used efficiently.
  5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
  6. Operational Efficiency: Continuously improve kitchen operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  1. Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading a team, with a track record of success in motivating and developing staff.
  2. Culinary Skills: Exceptional culinary skills, with a deep understanding of food safety, quality, and presentation.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and suppliers.
  4. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
