Job Description

Our company, Freight Personnel, is a leading provider of international and domestic parcel solutions to businesses and home addresses.

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to cover the South West region. Based from home with use of an office in the Bristol area, you will be responsible for generating and following up on leads to maximize profitable new business development opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development or sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
