About the Role

The Royal British Legion is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our Transformation team. As a Programme Manager, you will play a key role in delivering strategic initiatives and driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Programme plans, outlining scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Establish and maintain open and transparent communication channels, providing updates on progress, challenges, and milestones.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure Programme deliverables meet or exceed established standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate against potential risks.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaborative and productive working environments.

About the Team

The Transformation Management Office (TMO) is a key function within The Royal British Legion, responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of programmes and projects. We work closely with our Executive team and other senior leaders to provide expertise in project, programme, and change management.

Interview Process

The interview process will consist of two stages, to be held virtually. The first stage will include a 1-hour assessment followed by a 1-hour panel interview, including competency and values-based questions. The second stage will be a 'meet the team' session/panel interview.
