About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Department Head to join our team at AccorHotel. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy providing exceptional customer service and have strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front office activities to ensure seamless operations
- Provide high-quality services to guests, addressing their complaints promptly and effectively
- Develop and implement effective communication processes within the department and with other teams
- Manage check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and guest services efficiently
- Stay up-to-date with hotel management software and best practices in the industry
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide the team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in hotel management software and prior experience in a front office department
- Ability to work flexibly with varying schedules and prioritize tasks effectively
