We are seeking a talented Front Office Manager Liaison to join our team at Accor Hotels. The successful candidate will have a strong background in hospitality operations, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving business results.

This role offers a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive benefits such as 25 vacation days, travel allowance starting from 5 km, free use of our parking lot, and a €500 bonus for referring new employees.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement operational strategies.
  • Liaise with Front Office Manager, F&B Manager, and Facility Coordinator to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 5 years of operational experience in a hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
