Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Administrator to join our team at Getting In Limited. This role involves providing administrative support to our Managing Director, managing emails, calendars, and appointments, as well as maintaining accurate financial records using Xero accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the invoicing process, ensuring all invoices are accurate and sent to clients promptly.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or disputes.
Working Arrangements

You will be required to work on-site one day per month at Rugby College, where you will receive support from an assessor to help you prepare for your End Point Assessment. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in business administration while working towards a recognised qualification.
