Job Title: Accommodation Office Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to join our small, family-owned Independent Fostering Agency in South London. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the growth and development of our fostering service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our foster children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a team of social workers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to foster children and their families.
  • Recruit, interview, and appoint social work staff to join our team.
  • Ensure all staff members receive the necessary training and supervision to excel in their roles.
  • Effectively plan, grow, and manage the foster care requirements of our agency.
Requirements:
  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) and a valid registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience of working within Fostering, with a strong understanding of therapeutic approaches.
  • Leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
