Foster Carer Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Foster Carer. As a Foster Carer, you will provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in need, promoting their physical, emotional, and educational development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a stable and secure home environment for children
  • Promote positive relationships and support children's connections with their birth families
  • Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to meet the individual needs of each child
  • Maintain accurate records and report on the progress and well-being of children
Requirements:
  • Be over 21 years old
  • Have a permanent spare bedroom
  • Have the right to remain in the UK
  • Have a genuine passion for improving the lives of children
  • Be flexible and adaptable to accommodate different age groups and needs
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be resilient and able to manage changing situations
  • Have basic computer skills for record keeping and reporting
