About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Centre Coordinator to join our team at Mettler-Toledo International Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a practical and technical professional to work in a laboratory-related environment, with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and send quotations to customers within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage leads, escalations, contract amendments, and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Schedule and document tasks efficiently using software tools.
