WeRecruit Auto Ltd is hiring an experienced Centre Manager for our vehicle Service, Repair and MOT centre in Leicester.

This role requires leading a team, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring high-quality vehicle repairs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through effective team management and customer engagement
  • Implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure accurate and timely vehicle repairs

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in the Motor Trade
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of automotive repair techniques and practices

Working Hours: 45 hours per week, 5 day working week (Saturdays on a rota, day off in the week in lieu of working Saturdays)

Salary: Approximately £31,200 - £34,400 per annum (£25-£28k base salary + £6-£7k bonus)
