As a Duty Pharmacy Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and developing our pharmacy team, providing top-notch services to our customers, and fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Supply prescriptions and deliver a range of NHS and private services to our customers
  • Play an active role in our charity support program, providing advice and support to people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes
  • Support the pharmacy manager to lead, train, and develop colleagues
  • Build relationships with primary care networks and GPs' surgeries to improve our services and support our customers
  • Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items

What We're Looking For

  • A pharmacy degree and a passion for leading and empowering a team
  • A member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willing to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme
  • Ability to complete a DBS check before employment
