Job Description: In this pivotal role, you will form close relationships with students who face significant barriers to learning. By leveraging your expertise and enthusiasm, you will create tailored support plans that address the unique needs of each student.
Required Skills and Qualifications: We are searching for an experienced Specialist Education Assistant who can deliver high-quality support to students with complex needs. A Psychology Graduate degree or equivalent experience, along with excellent communication skills, is essential for this position.
