Job Title: Neurodivergent Support Coordinator

We are seeking a recent graduate to provide personalized support to students with neurodiverse conditions. As a Neurodivergent Support Coordinator, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless communication and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet the needs of each student
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with neurodiverse conditions
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and adapt support strategies as needed

Requirements:
  • Recent graduate degree in Psychology or related field
  • Relevant experience working with students with neurodiverse conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
