**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Educational Advocate for Neurodiverse Students to join our team in Bromley.

In this role, you will work closely with students who have ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, and other neurodevelopmental disorders, providing tailored support to help them overcome barriers to learning.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized support plans, collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure student success.

To be successful in this role, you will require a deep understanding of special educational needs, sensitivity to emotional dysregulation, and excellent communication skills.

**Requirements:**

  • First-Class Degree in a related subject from a UK University
  • Prior experience working with neurodivergent people in an educational capacity
  • Sensitivity to emotional dysregulation and a strong knowledge of safeguarding practices
